At Eternal Gold, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality piercings in a professional, inclusive and welcoming environment. To ensure the best experience for our clients, please take a moment to review our booking policy.
1. Appointments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance.
- Walk-ins are accommodated where possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
2. Consent Form & Data Handling
- Before any piercing, all clients must complete a consent form, which is essential for health, safety, and legal compliance.
- The form collects details such as contact information, health notes, age verification, and an agreement to our studio policies.
- Once submitted, the consent data will be securely sent to the shop owner’s email, with a backup copy stored on our website.
3. Age & Identification Requirements
- Clients must present valid photo ID to confirm their age. Acceptable forms include a passport or UK driving licence.
- Piercings for minors require a parent or legal guardian to be present, with both parties completing the consent process.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.
5. Health & Safety Standards
- We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, using sterile equipment and single-use needles for all piercings.
- Please disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your procedure before booking.
By booking with Eternal Gold, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us before your appointment.
